Introduction
Todds are a long established family company originally from Coleraine but expanded to our current site in 1990.
Having had a number of franchises over the years we have consolidated our position with the Chrysler Jeep & Dodge franchise to become Chrysler Group dealers for UK and Ireland.
We are very much a family business with James Todd (Managing Director) starting the company in the early 80’s. Over the years he has been joined by his sons filling managerial roles as the company has expanded. Michael Todd (Branch/ Sales Manager) Stephen Todd (After Sales Manager) and Jonathan Todd (Financial Controller).
Although we have expanded, we have retained the "personal" service which we pride ourselves on which we feel is so important and sadly lacking in most of today’s motor industry.
To ensure the proper care and maintenance of your vehicle, we operate a fully functional After Sales operation. This includes the Service Department, Parts Department, Air Conditioning Service Centre and Glass Tinting.
The Service Department ensures that your vehicle has the proper care and maintenance throughout its lifetime. Our workshop is fully equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment for the Chrysler Group Range. Going hand in hand with the latest technology all our staff are trained to the highest manufacturer standards to ensure we have the knowledge and experience to look after your vehicle. To compliment this we offer excellent customer service with courtesy vehicles to ensure the minimum of disruption when your vehicle is in for service.
Our Parts Department stock a range of parts and accessories for Chrysler Group Range. We are connected directly to the manufacturers warehouse and as such can normally satisfy any parts request within 24hours. We also carry all the up to date information on accessories.
Our Air Conditioning Service Centre carries technical information for all major car manufacturers. We can offer a complete range of services from air conditioning servicing to tracing and rectifying leaks.
We have invested in an American window tinting system that provides the premium quality finish that our customers demand. Any size or make of vehicle can be tinted to your preference whether it be totally blackened for privacy or just the mid range tint for style and appearance.
